Liability
The technical information on the Lognomo Internet site has been taken from the information provided by the suppliers of the goods contained in the products found in our catalog. Lognomo, reserves the right, therefore, to modify/update the technical information and dimensions of the products in the catalog, according to what we are told by the suppliers of the goods, even without any notice.

Goods Availability
As the online order system adjusts the product availability details in real time, Lognomo is unable to guarantee with full certainty the availability of the products featured in its online catalogue.

Risks and Property
Goods are delivered at the client’s expense and charged to the invoice; should the customer choose for goods to be sent ex-works, then the risk is to be borne by the client from the moment of consignment of said goods to the carrier who will transport them to said client’s warehouse. Upon delivery of the goods, the client is to check the condition of the packages, and must make sure that both quantity and quality correspond to that which is written on the accompanying document (Invoice). In the case of discrepancy, this must be marked on the accompanying document and confirmed, within seven days, via fax or registered return letter, to Lognomo, addressed to the sales manager. Even when the packaging seems to be undamaged, the goods must be checked within seven days of receipt. Any defects or anomalies must be sent in written form by e-mail or registered return letter. No notification made outside of this period will be taken into consideration. The client is to bear full responsibility for all declarations made.
