Pathetic, in the midst of a village of gnomes that hop around you joyfully waving their hats, you should be able to see someone.

From 11 to 15 points:
Observer, with a little bit of luck you might find some gnomes. Then, do not say it too loud.

Over 15 points:
Go and see a doctor.
